Rankin Construction Corporation was established in 1977 by Robert (Bob) Rankin. Since then, our firm has done more than 90 million dollars worth of work for clients such as the Dept. of Defense, Corps of Engineers, Air Force, E.I. DuPont, Heritage Communications, National Center for Toxicological Research, Pine Bluff Arsenal and also Riceland Foods and numerous other government agencies and companies. The Small Business Administration as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and also a WOSB (Women Owned Small Business) with DOD, FCC, Air Force, Army, etc also recognizes us.

Today, Rankin Construction Corporation has the capability of building everything from shopping centers and churches, to hospitals and high-rise office buildings. Our services include “Design/Build”, “Fast Track”, “Cost Plus”, and “Bid Per Plans and Specs”, general contracting, building restoration, conceptual estimating, estimating, construction scheduling, critical path scheduling, project management and cost control. We are currently able to bond projects between $10 and $20million.

Our firm has been honored by the statewide newspaper “Arkansas Business” as Arkansas Business of the Year – Category 1 in 1994. Our President/CEO, Robert M. Rankin, was also a top five finalist “Executive of the Year” in 1994. Our company was also selected by “Entrepreneur” magazine, a nationwide publication, as “Small Business of the Year” for Arkansas in June 1994. With the passing of Mr. Robert M. Rankin (my father) in March of 2005, we are and will continue to operate according to his wishes and with the same quality of work and expertise he had in the Construction Field.
